Our online software works with virtually every operating system currently in use, and works equally well with broadband or dial-up connections. We also use the Verifone 3750, an extremely advanced terminal that needs nothing more than a spare phone line.
Customer Service. Everyone that accepts payments knows that friendly, well-trained customer service is essential for customer satisfaction. Our customer service is all in-house, and extensively trained. We have a simple minimal customer service level: 24 / 7 / 365. All staff are bi-lingual and are cross trained to not only service payment processing questions and issues, but also those that may arise from *123 Long Distance, using our Qcards, or even just general trouble-shooting of PC problems and glitches.
